      It is now almost the end of break for us and a few days after Christmas. It still isn't basketball season and won't be until we get back which stinks but it's what I get since this is what I decided to do. Anyways, I finally got around to installing premiere pro and I started playing with it again. I used to edit here and there and was alright with is but I am excited to be back. That's really all I have this week since I can't go out and film.

      So, we are now in Winter Break. What does this mean? I don't really know, it isn't basketball season so I have to use this time to iron out all of the behind the scenes that I am doing in this film. I have to still figure out if anyone wants to do it, and by the looks of it no one does but I am going to keep looking. Since I have two weeks I am going to focus on what camera angles I need to have in order to make this a decent looking production. With that being said I plan on everything being mid shots long shots or two shots. I am using these three because they will portray the setting and you will feel like you are there with them. For example, for one of the shots I plan there will be two referees and I will be in front of them filming but it will be a nonchalant conversation between them two. You will feel like you are right there with them. That would be a perfect execution of a two shot and a long shot so you can see everything in the frame.

    Now that I have made bigger steps in the right direction towards my film, it's time to lay some things out so that I can get everything ironed out.                     For this film, the title is going to be, From Dream To Reality. I picked this title because to me it was the vest one to go with. It best sums up the whole film in four words. The kids dreams about what he wants to do and then it happens.            There isn't going to be many locations used for the shoot. Currently the three ones that are going to be used is a teenage boys bedroom, a locker room and a basketball court. I picked these three because to me, a kid in his bedroom talking to himself late at night represents a teenage boy pretty well.  Well, after further planning my first idea for this project I have came across some immovable roadblocks. With me wanting to do a World War Two type of film I would have to have certain permits that wouldn't be enacted to later next year and I physically wouldn't have enough time to record, edit and throw it into post production. I think that with my new film idea I can 1. Get it done in time and 2. Possibly make it better then the first one. I plan on doing a non fiction film about a kid that wants to become a referee just like his dad.
